Closing a chapter. RHA's last day...

7 years ago, I started The Right Hand Admin.

I was 6 months pregnant, looking for any administrative work I could do from home.

What started as just me quickly turned into a team. We stepped into dozens of businesses as their administrative support. We showed up, asked what they needed, and got it done.

At the time, "The Right Hand Admin" made perfect sense.

But over the years, I started to see a bigger problem.

Most of these businesses didn’t have the foundation to delegate.
No clear workflows. No structure. No real way to scale.

And with 18+ years in operations management for 7–8 figure businesses, I knew exactly what was missing.

So we shifted.

We stopped asking, “How can we help?”
And started saying, “Here’s what needs to happen.”

For the past several years, we’ve been operating as a strategic operations partner for our clients. Helping them simplify, structure, and scale their companies the right way.

We’ve built a proven method for it.

And it’s time our name reflects that.

So we’re changing it.
Nothing about how we support our clients is changing, this is simply a better reflection of the work we’re already doing.
